Focus and Scope

AL QUDS : Jurnal Studi Al Quran dan Hadis invites scholars, researchers, and students to contribute the result of their studies and researches in the areas related to Qur'an and Hadith Studies or living Qur'an and Hadith with various perspectives of law, philosophy, mysticism, history, art, theology, sociology, anthropology, political science and others.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to AL QUDS : Jurnal Studi Alquran dan Hadis is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.


Publication Frequency

AL QUDS : Jurnal Studi Al Quran dan Hadis published twice a year (June and December). Each issue number (issue) amounts to a minimum of five (5) the title.


Open Access Policy

AL QUDS : Jurnal Studi Al Quran dan Hadis provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.



This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

AL QUDS Editorial Board will ensure that every published article will not exceed 30% similarity Score. Plagiarism screening will be conducted by AL QUDS Editorial Board using Crossref Similarity Check (powered by iThenticate)


Article Processing Charges

Every article submitted to AL QUDS : Jurnal Studi Alquran dan Hadis will not have any 'Article Processing Charges'. This includes submitting, peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the articles.
